    We just eat pumpkin warmed up in a bowl with butter (or coconut oil) and cinnamon and ginger! Some pumpkins need sugar (or maple syrup or honey) and some are sweet enough without. Sometimes I add plain yogurt to this snack.

    I also make Pumpkin Cornbread sometimes.
